It's been quite a ride, honestly
Started in a cramped downtown office with just three of us and way too much coffee. Had this crazy idea that recruitment could actually be... human.
Landed our first major client - a tech startup that needed a C-suite overhaul. Placed their entire exec team in under 4 months. Still friends with them today.
Yeah, THAT year. When everyone went remote, we doubled down on virtual recruitment. Turned out we were pretty good at it. Team grew to 12 people working from home.
Clients kept asking for more than just recruitment. So we added HR consulting, diversity programs, and strategic planning. Moved into that sweet suite on Bay Street.
Won "Best Boutique Recruitment Firm" award. Honestly didn't even know we were nominated. Our clients vouched for us, which meant everything.
