3+ years exp D&I
Your focus areas:
  • Developing D&I strategies for client organizations
  • Training our recruiters on inclusive hiring practices
  • Creating diverse candidate pipelines
  • Measuring and reporting on D&I metrics
  • Advising clients on best practices and trends
What you should bring:
  • 3+ years working in D&I, HR, or related field
  • Understanding of Canadian employment equity legislation
  • Ability to have tough conversations and challenge biases
  • Experience developing and delivering training programs
